چکیده
T regulatory lymphocytes (Treg) are present is adipose tissue. Their frequency, as well the level of FoxP3 nuclear translocation, in epicardial and thymus tissue remains unexplored. Properties adiposeresident Tregs may be high significance patients with coronary artery disease potential pathophysiological factor development atherosclerosis. The aim study was to compare frequency + translocation epicardial, thymus, subcutaneous peripheral blood disease. A pilot conducted 11 scheduled for bypass graft surgery after prior selective angiography. Frequency CD4 CD25 hi lo were evaluated by imaging flow cytometry stromal vascular fraction Frequencies higher compared (3 5 times higher, p = 0.020); cells 4 than (p 0.028). highest decreased 0.020 both lymphocytes). directly related age (r s 0.818; 0.002), inversely -0.618; 0.043). negatively correlated -0.827; 0.002 r -0.648; 0.031, respectively). waist-to-hip ratio -0.700; 0.016). severity atherosclerosis only -0.655; 0.029). Thus, enriched Tregs, but factors that influence Treg accumulation these fat depots different. obtained results further used personalized immunomodulatory therapy

Cardiovascular disease has become the main factor of death and birth defects in the world and also in Iran. New clinical studies have shown that early diagnosis of patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) can contribute to effective prevention or therapeutic structures, which reduce mortality or the next chance of cardiovascular events, and increase the quality of life. Most studies on CAD d...
متن کاملEvaluation of iron status in patients with coronary artery disease
Background: Iron can causes lipid peroxidation in vivo and in vitro. Iron promotes myocardial injury in experimental animals. Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation by oxidants including iron have a central role in atherosclerotic process. By this means, evaluation of serum iron in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) has a significant importance. Materials and Methods: In this cross s...
متن کاملFoxP3+ Regulatory T Cells in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Epithelial Ovarian Cancer
Background: Ovarian cancer is the fifth leading cause of death from malignancy in women. CD4 +CD25+FoxP3+ regulatory T (Treg) cells are a subset of T lymphocytes with great inhibitory impact on immune response. Objectives: To investigate the percentage of CD4 +CD25+FoxP3+ regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of the Iranian patients with epithelial ovarian cancer compared to healthy women ...
متن کاملAdipose tissue macrophages induce PPARγ-high FOXP3+ regulatory T cells
Numerous regulatory T cells (Tregs) are present in adipose tissues compared with other lymphoid or non-lymphoid tissues. Adipose Tregs regulate inflammatory state and insulin sensitivity. However, the mechanism that maintains Tregs in adipose tissue remains unclear. Here, we revealed the contribution of adipose tissue macrophages (ATMs) to the induction and proliferation of adipose Tregs. ATMs ...
